Hi, I had just recently took a very similar picture at the very same place.

First of all good job on the picture.

Vision and Technique: I think the picture is a little too noisy, you should try using the railing at that location, and take the picture with lower ISO to reduce the noise. In term of composition, personally I would adjust the line between the water and the building just a little more lower. But this is just a personal opinion, generally, the picture is great.

Originality: Like the Black and White version of it, good job!


Impact: Yes, this picture does give an impact in black and white, mine i adjust it to sepia. With the bring spotlight that shines on St. Paul Cathedral, it does really give an impact, not to mention the lightning reflecting on River Thames.
